Position Description:

Seeking a detail orientated Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a consistent customer service experience, is able to coordinate order fulfillment as well as provide the customers with the necessary information and problem resolution. In the role the candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Perform light receptionist duties, answer main phone line, assist management and sales team with any back office duties
  • Assist and process customer orders
  • Process and submit purchase orders to vendors
  • Process AP invoices once orders are received
  • Scheduling of deliveries via freight forwarders
  • Assist and support sales team with any customer issues and /or concerns
  • Be able to resolve customer issues in a professional, compassionate and timely manner
  • Develop solutions for customers as needed, sometimes with minimal assistance
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Organize, order and compile sales support material
  • Assist with projects delegated by management
  • Send all outgoing packages via FedEx or USPS
  • Work in a team environment
  • Takes pride in customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work with difficult people when necessary

Qualifications/Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic computer skills
  • Great team player attitude at all times
  • Ability to resolve issues in a professional, timely manner
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to help customers, co-workers, and management.
