We are currently seeking a Sales Director to increase market share within the Boston market. The Sales Director will lead a team of 4 outside sales reps and 2 business development support team members. Heavy focus on new business (B2B). The Sales Director will interact with the other members of the leadership team to develop executable plans to meet overall company objectives.  Responsibilities include leading and managing sales reps that are tasked with prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, closing deals, and meeting a sales quota. Must have a track record of performance as an individual producer and as a sales leader, developing other reps that exceed plan.

  • Leading a team to generate revenue and meet sales targets
  • Develop and qualify leads with reps to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, and driving new business
  • Impact presence
  • C-Level communication and presentation skills
  • Pipeline management (CRM) to meet incremental goals

  • Ability to train and coach reps to maximize performance

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor' s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years outside sales as a producer
  • Sales management experience
  • Valid Driver' s License required
  • New business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred
  • " Hunter" sales mentality- goal driven and self-motivated
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet) and Microsoft CRM preferred.

Base Salary from the low 100s + Incentive package. Potential for high 6 figures at peak performance.
